This years Obon Festival takes place on July 10-11, 2010.
Volunteer Opportunities
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2010 San Jose Obon Festival. Several slots have been filled in just the last week! We especially need help with preparing Beef Teriyaki on Friday night, Tempura Sales, making California Rolls for the Nigiri Sushi booth, and Construction/Deconstruction. A new area where we need more volunteers is preparing the rice for sushi on Friday and Saturday nights. No experience required for any area!
The following is the current list of volunteer opportunities. The quantity under the 'Addl Needed' column is the number of additional people we could use for a given function.
